Artist Biography
Chester Snowden was born in Elgin, Texas in 1900 and died in Houston, Texas in 1984. Snowden graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and has been known as an illustrator for books. He illustrated Gene Alford's Busy Little Feet in 1939.
